Overnight Oats - Mixed Berry


Source: Quaker Oats. I often made 4 containers of this at once for 4 breakfasts.

OVERNIGHT OATS - Mixed Berry

1/4 c oats
1/4 c yogurt
1/4 c milk
1 tsp chia seeds (*chia seeds handled this way are fine)
1/4 c blackberries, sliced
1/4 c raspberries
1/4 c banana, sliced

To prepare:
~Add oats to a container of choice,( I use short wide-mouthed jar with lid)
~Pour in milk, add yogurt, and sprinkle in chia seeds.
~Add sliced banana.
~Drizzle with some honey.
~Add combined mixture of blackberries & raspberries (or any other combination of berries).  Use bananas, though.
~ Close, seal lid.
~Put in refrigerator till AM.* --
